I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The size of the room was quite large considering the room rate I paid for. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They always ensured that I was content with both the food and the room. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The room size was impressive, especially for its price. the staff were genuinely friendly and always available when I needed them. I also appreciated its convenient location, just a few steps away from the main road and a shopping mall.

The room assignments need improvement as the first room they gave me was unbearable due to its proximity to the main lifts. there was an issue with getting a receipt for my payment, which took a lot of time to resolve.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the room amenities and affordable room price. The hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance of the main road and nearby shops. I had the pleasure of enjoying a complimentary Christmas treat, which was a nice touch and helped create a festive spirit.

My overall experience was not great due to the poor service from the hotel staff. The front office was unhelpful and inefficient, which made my check-in and check-out process confusing and frustrating.

We also appreciated the size and cleanliness of our room and bathroom. the service was prompt and courteous, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and included a wide variety of dishes.

The noise level in the hallways outside of the rooms was disturbing at times, especially in the early morning when staff gathered around.
